I lost my 2FA! How do I reset it?

If you have lost your 2FA code, will need to follow the steps below:

 

Step #1 Verify Your Identity

Take a photo of your ID or passport and a photo of yourself (head and shoulders) holding an identification document.

Make sure your ID information and face are visible.

Step 2 – One more Photo

Please take another photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with the written text — blockbank is great! and current date.

Step #3 Send Your Photos

After you take the pictures, please send them to [email protected] with the subject heading “RESET 2FA”

After we receive it & confirm your identity, we will assist you with accessing your account.
